Delivery

Free Delivery:

Get free shipping if you spend more than HK$400 (after all discounts). All goods will be delivered by SF Express or a local courier service (depending on volume and weight). If the total value of the goods does not exceed HK$400, SF Express will be arranged by default and customer is responsible for the courier fee.

**Additional shipping fees will apply to outlying island and remote area**

Shipping arrangements:

Goods will be dispatched within 4-5 working days upon receipt of payment confirmation.

Pre-order goods will be dispatched within 8-10 working days upon receipt of payment confirmation except unforeseen circumstances occurred.

Self Pick-up at Studio:

Customers may contact us to schedule Studio pick-up.

Door-to-door delivery terms and conditions:

- Upon payment confirmation, shipment will be scheduled as soon as possible.
- The delivery date will be confirmed after receipt of payment confirmation.
- In the event that you would like to leave the package with the management office, please put the information in the [Remarks].
- In the event that the delivery address requires staircases, please indicate in [Remarks].
- HK$20 will be charged for every five staircases, with a maximum charge of $100.
- The store reserves the right to refuse delivery and will not issue a refund if the customer fails to notify the store that the delivery address has staircases before delivery and refuses to pick up at the main floor or pay the staircases charge during delivery.
